As of March 2026, the company\\\’s portfolio included 65 redevelopment projects: 28 completed, 20 under construction, and 17 upcoming. In FY26, the company reported a revenue of ₹761.60 crore and a net profit of ₹71.32 crore.
Objectives of the Issue
The proceeds from the fresh issue will primarily be used to fund costs for obtaining government approvals, purchasing additional Floor Space Index (FSI), compensating society members for alternate accommodation during redevelopment, repaying debt, and acquiring future projects.
