Founded in November 2015 and based in Sanand, Gujarat, Dhaval Packaging manufactures plastic packaging solutions for consumer and industrial sectors. Its core business is split into two primary segments:-
In-Mold Labeling (IML) Containers: Food-grade plastic containers where labels are fused directly into the mold, offering high durability and moisture/scratch resistance. These target FMCG, dairy, and bakery applications.
Industrial End Caps: SAW pipe protection plastic end caps used to safeguard pipes during transportation and storage in the oil & gas, construction, and infrastructure industries.
The company operates three facilities in Gujarat, exports to markets including Canada, Australia, Malaysia, and the UAE, and maintains a backward-integrated labeling structure through its promoter entity, Octa Labels.
